Last day of the week, get out of that white silly-lookin’ uniform. Put on some dickies and a clean fresh polo. Grab my mallet, a ball and some cones, off to the airport. Airplane to Great Britain, cycle over to Tour de Ville for the start of London’s first polocat. Tomorrow are the European Champs on hardcourt. Sigh, gotta keep on dreaming, wish I was there. I’m runing out of both money and time, better concentrate on things to do before the 1st of August comes to Arnhem.

Players must not touch the floor with their feet. Touching the sides of the wall or barrier with your feet is allowed. A foot touching any mallet or ball on the floor is considered a foot-down. Each time a player does foot-down, that player is out of play and may not play the ball until they touch either sideline at center court. The player must immediately tap-out and not purposefully obstruct play. Intentionally obstructing play after foot-down will be considered a strong penalty. A possible goal that is blocked by a player out of play due to foot-down is not a goal.

A large package came in from Inglaterra. A shitload of gifts from Het Orakel van Veldhoven, to be precise. And, nope,  his status hasn’t changed since he moved to London. Tjeerd and I were very pleased with shirts, caps, stickers and magazines of and about LFGSS and LCEF. Thoughts about the good old days came to our minds and we should pay Sjoske and his friends a visit one day.

Drop all your work and sprint your way to the airport, take a last minute flight and join in on the worlds fastest weekend on the other side of the Thames. And no, you cannot compete cause all racer’s places are sold out. It will be a blast to watch though, I promise.
